Room Type B (without balcony): €500 cold rent + €100 utilities = €600 warm

2-person flatshare:

Room Type A (shared balcony with direct room access): €550 cold rent + €100 utilities = €650 warm

All rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, storage, etc.) and offer a modern, pleasant living atmosphere.

Each apartment features:

• a modern bathroom

• a hallway/common area

The apartments are located at Sauerlandstraße 5 in Cologne.
