The property is located in a mixed-use building; I consider the condition of the building to be good, and the interior is fully furnished. This is an ideal retreat that will appeal with its pleasant and practical layout.
There is a standard toilet available with water supplied from barrels using a pump. Water will be provided by 2026. The property is located in a quiet area above the town of Kdyně in the Domažlice region. The cottage sits just below the crest of the surrounding hills, near an area called Hájovna, where there is a swimming spot with a restaurant offering attractive prices and facilities for sports. Nearby, one can enjoy hikes with the ruins of Rýzmberg and Herštejn castles in the vicinity, making it an excellent location for light walks and cycling (a lookout tower called Koráb with a restaurant is also nearby).
The cottage also includes an 8 m² terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Parking is available, although unfortunately, a garage is not included in the offer.
