It is in an excellent location: 1–5 minutes on foot to Albert, farmers’ markets, a park, a children’s playground, and both an outdoor and an indoor (covered) pool at Slavia, as well as trams (lines 4, 6, 7, 19, 22, 26) and buses. Rent is 17,000 CZK and fees are 2,000 CZK for one person or 2,500 CZK for two persons. Electricity is to be arranged in the tenant’s name. The apartment is available from April 1.
