4.5 km from the town center of Anklam, the quiet apartment is located on the second floor and has an area of approximately 58 m². It consists of two rooms, a kitchen with a pantry, an entrance hall, a bathroom, as well as a storage room without a door. In addition, a small basement room is assigned to the apartment. For washing laundry, there is both an outdoor laundry spot and a drying storage.

The owner was also granted a garden free of charge, which he maintained until the end of 2024 and will no longer do so thereafter. The garden can also be used free of charge by the tenant, if desired.

The heating for the entire house is operated with oil. The consumption is billed 30% based on the living area and 70% based on the meters attached to the radiators. In 2024, an investment was made in a modern oil condensing boiler, and in 2025, an additional hot water storage tank was installed.

The apartment is very quiet, located away from federal highways in the small settlement of Görke, which belongs to the municipality of Postlow. It is only 4.5 km from the town center (market with town hall, shops, banks, and restaurants) of the resurging Hanseatic town of Anklam, a medium-sized center in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and is directly situated in the Peene glacial valley.

From Görke, it is 21 km to the island of Usedom and 39 km to the district town of Greifswald.
