THE APARTMENT LAYOUT:

You enter via the entrance hall into the combined living/dining/kitchen area. This area is separated from the entrance hall by a frosted glass sliding door. The small second hall provides access to the bright, naturally lit bathroom and to the bedroom. The storage room is located next to the apartment door in the first hall.

In addition to the separate basement, you have the option of using an additional storage room for a small fee (EUR 50.00). This room naturally has a window and is lockable. This is not mandatory—it is simply an available option.

The parking spaces are located directly in front of the house on private property. Due to this proximity, transportation routes are kept short.

The property is situated in Inzell, outside the town center.

However, it is quickly reachable on foot (about 5–10 minutes), and upon leaving the apartment you will find the "Inzeller Moosrundweg" and the cross-country ski trails behind the house. The small “house ski slope” is also nearby.

The town of Inzell is renowned for its numerous sporting activities and the famous "Max Aicher Arena" and offers, in addition to traditional shopping facilities, organized healthcare, a kindergarten, an elementary school, many charming shops, restaurants, and leisure activities. There is also a wonderful outdoor swimming pool.

Inzell not only caters extensively to its guests, but, above all, to its residents.

The additional cost prepayments include the following items: oil, water, winter service, insurance, staircase/basement cleaning, chimney sweep, and much more.

Once a year, an additional cost statement is issued, which will either result in an additional payment or a refund.

The deposit must be paid exclusively in cash and will be deposited into a rental deposit savings account.
