An additional parking area (garden shed) for bicycles will be created in the garden. The rental period can begin on 01.04.2026 or later. The energy-efficient house is heated with a heat pump.

The rental contract is concluded on a fixed-term basis (initially until 31.12.2029) with additional extension options and an early termination right for the tenant. This is due to a planned future self-occupancy.
