Schwanheim liegt im Südwesten Frankfurts und bietet durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Main (Schwanheimer Ufer), dem Naturschutzgebiet "Schwanheimer Dünen" und dem Wald (südlich) einen hohen Erholungswert. Ein REWE-Markt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Bus ist die Franfurter City in Kürze erreicht. Die Autobahn A5 ist nur 2 Autominuten entfernt.

Pokoj se nachází ve dvouženském spolubydlení určeném výhradně pro ženy v klidném rodinném domě ve středu Frankfurtu Schwanheim. Dům byl v roce 2024 kompletně energeticky zrekonstruován. Společné prostory jsou plně zařízené a vybavené. Samotný pokoj ve spolubydlení je nenábytek, takže si ho můžete zařídit podle vlastních představ.

Jelikož se dosud jednalo o výhradně ženské spolubydlení a to má zůstat i nadále, hledáme výhradně ženskou spolubydlící.

Schwanheim se nachází na jihozápadě Frankfurtu a díky bezprostřední blízkosti k řece Main (Schwanheimer Ufer), chráněné přírodě "Schwanheimer Dünen" a lesu (na jihu) nabízí vysokou hodnotu pro odpočinek. V bezprostřední blízkosti se nachází supermarket REWE. Tramvají nebo autobusem se velmi rychle dostanete do centra Frankfurtu. Dálnice A5 je vzdálena jen 2 minuty jízdy autem.

The room is located in a two-women shared flat within a quiet multi-family house in the central area of Frankfurt Schwanheim. The building was comprehensively energy renovated in 2024. The common areas are fully furnished and equipped. The shared flat room itself is unfurnished and can therefore be arranged entirely according to one’s own preferences.

Since it has so far been a women-only shared flat—and it is intended to remain that way—a female roommate is explicitly sought.

Schwanheim is situated in the southwest of Frankfurt and offers high recreational value due to its immediate proximity to the Main (Schwanheimer Ufer), the nature reserve "Schwanheimer Dünen," and the forest (to the south). A REWE supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity. The Frankfurt city center can be reached shortly by tram or bus. The A5 motorway is only a two-minute drive away.
