A cozy, quiet, and well-maintained room in a 5-person shared flat (total area approx. 135m²). Fully furnished: bed (can be converted to accommodate 2 people for short visits), work area, seating area, cupboards. The flat is fully equipped (completely furnished kitchen with a fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle…; washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi…). The all-inclusive rent covers all additional costs, including Wi-Fi. Please note that the size of the room is approximate and not binding. Attention! Minimum rental period: 6 months.

Very central location near Königsallee, with shops (EDEKA, Aldi, Lidl) reachable within 2-3 minutes on foot. Königsallee, with its additional shopping opportunities, is also within walking distance (2-3 minutes). The “Berliner Allee” transit stop is about 200m away. Excellent connections to the university, colleges, and FOM. Düsseldorf’s Old Town and the Rhine promenade are also accessible on foot. On the Kö, one can enjoy strolling and shopping: electronics stores like Saturn, clothing stores, drugstores, cafes – everything is just around the corner.

The room features a wardrobe, a sofa bed (which can be extended to accommodate two people), a work area complete with table, office chair, and lighting, as well as a quiet corner. The flat is equipped with everything necessary: a fully furnished kitchen, washing machine, dryer. On sunny days, you can relax on the balcony (accessible to all residents).

The roommates are quiet, respectful, international, and consist of students (including exchange students) as well as young professionals (including expats). This offers excellent opportunities for networking among residents. Mutual respect and consideration are prerequisites. House rules must be observed, for example, quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM and keeping the common areas tidy. An external cleaning service can also be arranged if desired.

Smoking in the shared flat is not permitted; however, the balcony provides an option for roommates who smoke (while considering the comfort of all). The minimum rental period is 6 months. A credit report (Schufa), tenant self-disclosure, and proof of income are required. A viewing can be arranged upon request.
