It features two non-connecting rooms (currently one furnished as a living room and the other as a bedroom), with a kitchenette located in the hallway. There is a separate toilet and a bathroom. The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator.
The entire apartment has wooden flooring, while the bathroom and WC are tiled. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, hotplate, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. Heating and hot water are provided by a gas boiler, and there is a washing machine in the bathroom.
