The apartment is reached by a few steps down from the front entrance of the building. Due to the sloping site of the house and the arrangement of the apartment, all rooms are at ground floor level.

While the kitchen and bathroom are located on the sides of the building, the living and bedroom are situated at the rear. The adjoining residential area is accessed exclusively by a private road. From the spacious hallway of the apartment, you enter the living room. In one direction, the kitchen is reached, and in the other direction, the apartment’s bedroom. From the bedroom, you then reach the spacious daylight bathroom.

Local recreation: In a 5-minute walk, you can reach the quiet areas and the Leinpfad along the Ruhr. From here, you can head to Baldeneysee in Essen, or even walk and cycle far beyond the Kemnader Stausee. Additionally, Hattingen benefits from another beautiful recreational area with the Schulenberger Wald.

Public transportation connections: Directly on Bochumer Str. the tram goes to Bochum Main Station (25 minutes travel time) or to Hattinger City (5 minutes travel time) with a bus station and S-Bahn connection to Essen Main Station (S3 takes 20 minutes, with further connections via Mülheim to Oberhausen). Additionally, there are bus connections from Bochumer Str. toward Hattinger City, to the S-Bahn for Bochum-Dahlhausen, as well as to other parts of the city.

Shopping opportunities: Many everyday shops are located in Hattinger City or in Bochum-Linden. A discount supermarket as well as a full-service grocery store are within walking distance, approximately 7 minutes away in Rauendahl.

The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet, washbasin, and enough space for a washing machine.

A separate basement storage room is available for you in the lower level. In the attic, there is also a drying room with the possibility to dry your laundry.
