Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a mezzanine area with a play and relaxation space. In total, the house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms – all windows are fitted with insect screens.

The lovingly landscaped garden, complete with fruit trees, evergreen shrubs, a terrace, a swing, and a shed for wood and bicycles, invites you to linger. In spring, the spacious grounds bloom beautifully, in summer the birds nest and chirp, and in autumn the fruit can be harvested. The approximately 50-meter long driveway also provides a very pleasant sense of privacy.
