The house is located in the picturesque farming village of Bostel, about 6 km from Celle’s city center. It is one of six houses in a cul-de-sac, where children can learn to ride bikes and roller skate. A large playground is just around the corner.
Bostel itself has little infrastructure aside from the charming restaurant Sohnemann. Shops, doctors, and other services can be found in the neighboring village of Garßen (approximately 2.5 km away) and, of course, in Celle’s city center, which is accessible via a regular bus connection.
The house was built in 1967 by the company Okal on a basement level. Additionally, there is a double garage.
Some of the house’s features date back to its original construction (for example, the parquet flooring), but many parts have also been modernized at different times (such as the kitchen, floor tiles, some of the bathrooms, and the attic).
