We rent an apartment in need of renovation in a good location in Offenbach am Main. We are looking for a tenant who enjoys DIY projects and wants to help shape their future home according to their own ideas.
The concept: Joint Renovation
The apartment will be handed over in its current condition. We will support you as follows:
Materials: After prior agreement, we will cover the complete costs for flooring, wallpaper, drywall, paint, tiles, and sanitary fixtures, as well as the electrical work as arranged. In addition, you will not have to pay rent for 5 months.
Personal Contribution: You will carry out the renovation work (painting, flooring, assembly) on your own.
Support: You will not be on your own. We will actively support you with technical questions or for heavy tasks.
The electrical system must be renewed as part of the renovation. Here we work hand in hand:
Your Planning: You decide where you need sockets, switches, or lighting fixtures.
Preparation: After consultation, you can cut channels or install flush-mounted boxes.
Professional Execution: The professional installation, wiring, and final inspection must be carried out by a qualified electrical contractor.
