There is also a fully equipped built-in kitchen featuring an induction hob, an oven, an extractor hood, a fridge/freezer combination, a dishwasher, as well as a basic set of dishes, pots, and cutlery.

A washing machine and a dryer are available in the shared laundry room for the residents.

An additional basement room provides storage space for a bicycle.
