It comes with an 8 m² balcony, a parking space in the underground garage, and a storage room for strollers/bicycles on the ground floor. The residential building is equipped with barrier-free access, an elevator, and a camera system.
Layout and Apartment Equipment
The offered apartment features a larger room with a kitchenette, a smaller room, a hallway, and a bathroom (shower + toilet). Both rooms have access to the balcony. All windows are fitted with external shutters.
