The romantic town of Rheinsberg is located at the southern tip of the Mecklenburg Lake District in the beautiful state of Brandenburg, conveniently on the direct route between Hamburg and Berlin. The unique Hafendorf Rheinsberg holiday park was built in the form of a harbor starting in 2003. Along the shore and on four islands, there are over 200 vacation homes built in the Scandinavian style. On the so-called R-Island, almost at the end of the dead-end, you will find the end terrace house with bay window and boat landing.

On the ground floor, in addition to the spacious living area with a wood-burning stove and the dining area in the bay window, there is also the kitchen and a guest WC. In the entrance area there is a small cloakroom and space for the built-in heating technology. From the living area you can reach the covered terrace with boat landing in front.

A wooden staircase leads you to the upper floor. Here you will find two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, as well as the bathroom with a large, walk-in shower.

In the storage room outside the house there is room for some useful items as well as two bicycles.

The heating energy for the house (space heating and hot water) is generated by the local gas district heating plant.
