Our beautiful, sunlit new-build apartment is almost finished! The view from the apartment is almost entirely of green spaces and the mountains.
During the construction of the apartment, we only used materials that we would also use in our own homes. The vapor-permeable building method and the chosen materials help regulate the humidity ideally, ensuring a healthy and pleasant indoor climate.
The apartment – which spans two floors – is accessible via an outdoor staircase. There is no shared hallway with others. Each of the two floors features a south-facing balcony, spacious enough to dine with family and friends or to place a deck chair. The view of the mountains and the gentle sound of the Schlierach make living here even more inviting.

In the coming weeks, much will still be done in the apartment. The chic construction staircase will be replaced by a genuine wooden staircase, the construction door will be replaced by a beautiful, real wooden front door, and the screed under the vinyl flooring will no longer be visible. Additionally, the bathroom and the electrical installation will be completed, and window sills will adorn the windows everywhere. The balconies will be built and the formwork finished. And once that is done, work will begin on the outdoor areas. So, a bit of imagination is still needed when looking at the photos today.
