The nearby DB train station, which is also within easy walking distance, connects to Friedrichsdorf, Rosbach, and Friedberg; by car, it is only a few kilometers to the A5 exit and the B3.

The green surroundings invite you to go jogging and cycling.

There is a fitted kitchen with all necessities including dishes, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator/freezer, and a washing machine.

A sleeping area features a 1-meter-wide bed (with an adjustable frame and a new mattress), including bedding and bed linens.

A shower room is provided with towels.

The living area is very spacious and includes a couch (which will be replaced before move-in), along with a dining and home office workspace.

A small south-facing balcony with an awning is also available.

Although there is no cellar, the apartment includes an in-unit storage area for a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, luggage, drinks crate, etc.

The minimum rental period is three months; thereafter, for tenant-initiated termination, a six-week notice period to the end of any month applies.

The tenant-friendly flat rate rent (fixed for at least one year, depending on energy price developments) includes, in addition to the usual operating costs, a fiber-optic LAN connection with an extensive TV channel package. The cash deposit is due before the key handover (to be paid into a savings account).
