The house offers approximately 200 square meters on the ground floor and the first floor, in addition to an attic that can be developed. The first floor was renovated in 2014. During this renovation, the interior walls were stripped back to the original brick and then insulated internally with a layer of clay, 60mm wood fiber insulation boards, and another inner clay layer. The floor was laid with 27mm pine/fir wood.

Great care was taken during the renovation to ensure the health safety of the building materials used.

In this process, parts of the electrical system, including the house connection, were renewed and an E-check was performed. The heating pipes and some radiators on the first floor were also replaced.

The separate toilet was newly tiled and equipped, while the shower room has noticeably aged.

The ground floor was not extensively renovated but merely refurbished. It features a mix of carpet, wood, and terrazzo flooring, along with a room height of about 3.5 meters.

The Weisshaupt gas heater dates back to 1995 and typically operates with an efficiency of around 96%.

Additionally, the property includes two wood stoves on the ground floor and a small workshop stove on the upper floor. Thanks to a clever ventilation system—more common in the past—the upper floor can also be heated via the stoves on the ground floor. With the three wood stoves, all rooms except two can be directly heated.

There are also two small basement rooms (approximately 20 square meters) with a ceiling height of about 1.8 meters.
