In search for the future owner of our beloved cottage in Mlázovy.
A several-hundred-year-old house, predominantly built of granite, sits on a slope in the midst of the picturesque village of Mlázovy. Yet it offers nearly complete privacy and an uninterrupted view stretching deep into the countryside. It is constructed in the shape of an “L” and its inner side borders a 600m² well-tended garden that blooms and bears fruit from spring through winter.
The house naturally features some modern elements, but it has not undergone full-scale modernization, thus preserving the genuine atmosphere of historical Pošumaví. It is conveniently located close enough to Šumava to enjoy the beautiful nature and deep forests that surround the area, yet far enough from the tourist hotspots that attract crowds. For those seeking tranquility, this is definitely the place to be.
The total built-up area is 220m². Three spacious living rooms (28m², 42m², and 41m²) are complemented by additional spaces (wood shed, WC, bathroom, kitchen, hallways, etc.) covering a total area of 64m². Additional services are available in Klatovy or Sušice, both approximately 12km away.
