The minimum rental period is 12 months, meaning that the rental agreement can only be terminated after one year at the earliest.

The additional costs, including heating costs, are settled on an annual basis. You will pay a monthly prepayment of EUR 175 for additional costs, which will then be settled.

In addition to the monthly net rent plus additional cost prepayments, a security deposit amounting to 3 months’ net rent (EUR 1,440) is required. The full security deposit should be paid via bank transfer to the landlord before or at the time of move-in and key handover.
