Bathroom: It comes with a sink and bathtub; additionally, there is a separate area with a washing machine and a toilet. The other rooms are unfurnished, which allows the new tenant to easily customize the interior to their own taste. The apartment also includes a spacious cellar (6 m²) and, if desired, a bicycle storage room can be part of the rental.
