I am renting out a very nice, recently renovated non-through 2+1 apartment with a total area of 60 m² on the 3rd floor of a brick building in Prague 8, Kobylisy, on Čumpelíkova Street – just 300 meters from the metro.
The apartment is partially furnished. Kitchen: It features a kitchen unit with appliances – hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Bathroom: It comes with a sink and bathtub; additionally, there is a separate area with a washing machine and a toilet. The other rooms are unfurnished, which allows the new tenant to easily customize the interior to their own taste. The apartment also includes a spacious cellar (6 m²) and, if desired, a bicycle storage room can be part of the rental.
The apartment has been newly renovated. The hallway and kitchen are tiled, and LED lights with minimal energy consumption are installed throughout the apartment.
