Vinohrady is a great neighborhood to live in - nearby you’ll find Grébovka Park, many cafés, a Lidl supermarket, and the nearest tram stop is about a five-minute walk from the building. The apartment faces southwest and is located near railway tracks - with the windows open you may hear passing trains, but the windows are well insulated and significantly reduce the noise. The apartment also has air conditioning installed.
The building offers a free 24/7 gym, a rooftop terrace, a shared laundry room, and a lobby reception (the receptionist can accept packages when you are not home).
