Rent: Includes all utilities (electricity, heating, water, sewage, waste disposal, Wi-Fi, laundry), basic furniture, and weekly cleaning of common spaces. For short-term stays of less than 60 days, a tourist tax of 50 CZK per day applies in addition to the booking price. This fee will be collected separately via bank transfer or in person during check-in.
