Naše pracovní doba je od 9:00 do 17:00. Před 17:00 je zpoplatněna pouze ztráta klíčů částkou 100 €. Po 17:00 končí naše směna a jakákoliv asistence související s klíči (včetně jejich ztráty, zabouchnutí nebo jiných problémů) je zpoplatněna částkou 100 €.
Ve výjimečných případech nemusíme být schopni pomoci s otevřením dveří. V takové situaci bude nutné zavolat zámečníka, jehož služby hradí host, protože náklady na zámečníka neproplácíme.

Guest access
The entire apartment is exclusively for our guests, ensuring complete privacy. You are welcome to fully enjoy and make use of all the rooms during your stay.

All guests are required to complete a simple online registration form and pay the city tax before arrival, in compliance with Czech law. We will send you a link to complete the registration online.
🚭 Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a €100 fee.
Our working hours are from 9:00 to 17:00. Before 17:00, only lost keys are subject to a €100 fee. After 17:00, our shift ends, and any assistance related to keys (including loss, lockouts, or any other issues) is subject to a €100 fee.
In special cases, we may not always be able to assist with door openings. If necessary, a locksmith will have to be called at the guest’s expense, as we do not cover locksmith services.
