I am offering for rent a modern three-room apartment (3+1 layout) with separate, non-through rooms, totaling 70 m². The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a brick building and features a new elevator for convenient access. The apartment has a renovated bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The modernized kitchen unit is equipped with a fridge, an electric cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. There are two built-in wardrobes and a shoe cabinet in the hallway. The separate rooms have beautiful parquet flooring and can be partially furnished. Heating and hot water are centrally supplied from the building's boiler room. The apartment is fitted with water meters and proportional heat cost allocators on the radiators for billing water and heating consumption. There is also the option to use a landline connection, internet, and the shared TV antenna. Electricity consumption (cooking and lighting) is paid by the tenant under a contract with their own supplier.
The courtyard has a shared terrace and a bike shelter, where you can also rent your own dedicated spot. There is also a shared balcony on the mezzanine level available for use. The building caretaker lives on site and takes care of regular maintenance and upkeep.
