The apartment is conveniently situated between Flora (a 4-minute walk to the metro and shopping center) and Želivského (a 5-minute walk) metro stations, and just 150 meters from the nearest tram stop. It's on a quiet street on the third floor of a building currently without an elevator, but an installation is planned for later this year or next.

The entire apartment has undergone a complete renovation a few years ago, including new floors, bathroom, toilet, custom-made kitchen, and electrical wiring. We are looking for a long-term, responsible tenant who will appreciate both the excellent location and the quality of the renovation.

The apartment has two rooms: one serves as a living room combined with the kitchen, and the other is designated as the bedroom. The toilet and bathroom are separate. The apartment is partially furnished, as shown in the photos. It includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), washing machine, a hallway wardrobe, an additional wardrobe in the bedroom, a double bed, and a dresser.

This apartment is ideal for a single professional or a couple. With two separate rooms, it’s also suitable for working from home. However, it is not suitable for flat sharing of multiple people or a larger family. We prefer tenants without pets.

The monthly rent is 22,000 CZK, with an additional advance payment of 3,500 CZK for water and services. Electricity and gas will be charged based on actual consumption, with an estimated advance of 2,500 CZK (subject to agreement).
