The apartment building is located in a quiet part of Dejvice, 3 minutes walk from the Dejvická metro station, 1 minute from the Kafkova bus stop and 2 minutes from the Vítězné náměstí tram. Within walking distance are all civic amenities - kindergarten, elementary school, secondary school, university, shops, post office, bank, etc. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Prague Castle. Thanks to only 10 apartment units, the house is very quiet.
