I am renting out a very well-maintained 2-bedroom apartment (3+kk layout) from 2007, located on the 8th floor of a brick building with an elevator. The apartment is fully furnished and has a total area of 82 m² plus a 7.7 m² balcony. It offers comfortable living for a family or flatmates.
The balcony is on the top floor and offers beautiful west-facing views of Hradčany, Vítkov, and Jiřího z Poděbrad. Private parking and a garage are not available. However, the apartment features two toilets and generous storage space in built-in wardrobes in the hallway and a storage room. It has its own heating and cooling system powered by a heat pump. Wooden flooring runs throughout the entire apartment. Excellent public transport access.
We love living here, but we had to move to a larger place. There is a complete interior redesign project prepared for the apartment (so far we have implemented the built-in wardrobes in the hallway), see the last two plans.
