I am offering a partially furnished apartment for long-term rent (on the 3rd floor) within walking distance of the centre of Prague. The apartment has been renovated and freshly painted, and it includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a spacious corner bathtub, and plenty of storage space (built-in closets). A double bed is also available in the apartment (if wanted). At the moment, there is no refrigerator and washing machine in the apartment - if the future tenant does not have their own, I can purchase both.
The building is in very good condition in a quiet neighbourhood near an elementary school and around the corner from the Žižkovské divadlo Járy Cimrmana theatre. There is a convenience store across the street, a tram stop 300 meters away, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to Karlín.
The apartment is suitable for individuals, couples, or small families with one child. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
Please note that there is no elevator in the building.
