The building has a passenger lift, which stops at the half-landing, and a service lift, which stops at the floor. Full amenities are nearby. Tram and bus stops are within 1 minute and Dejvická metro station is within 10 minutes. The flat has been fully renovated.
The flat is offered furnished. It has a fitted kitchen with appliances: induction hob, electric oven, microwave, built-in dishwasher and fridge, plus storage in the upper kitchen cabinets.
