Great location (metro, all civic amenities in the area, 10 minutes to the center, 25 minutes to the airport, 25 minutes to the train station). Another advantage is the sports field in the street - see photo. Pets are not allowed, the apartment is non-smoking... The apartment is suitable for 1-2 people. Rent for 1 year with the possibility of extension.
