Recreational building (year-round habitable brick house) on the outskirts of the village near fields and forests. Garden with mature trees, covered outdoor seating with a place for barbecue, swimming pool and large trampoline in summer, adjacent part of the garden with several pieces of poultry (we take care of them, we only need to use the back entrance by arrangement). Wifi available. Good access by train to Prague (approx. 30 min).
There is a cellar, workshop, garage, another smaller cottage (unfurnished), parking is also possible inside the yard.
Heated by electricity, more energy intensive in winter.
We prefer short-term and medium-term rentals (in the order of months, for a maximum of 2 years).
