We are offering 2+KK apartment in apartment building U vinnych sklepu 2. The apartment building is located infornt of the train station Vysocany. The entire building went through complete renovation one year ago and has new facade and new windows. 300 metrs from the building is metro B stop Vysocanska. You can also enjoy beautifull park located about 200 meters from the building or skate park which is the same distance.
The apartment is ready for immediate move in. Services include electric energy. We require deposit in the amount of one month rent and services. Contract is standard . You can also use the apartment as your permanent residence for visa purposes. The price of services includes 3 people, every additional person is extra 1000 CZK. In case of moving in with a dog there is extra service charge 1000 CZK / month. Wifi is available for 300 CZK / month.
