We offer a double office on the 1st floor of an Art Nouveau house from 1907. In the 90's the house underwent extensive renovation and the offices are regularly renovated (painting, carpeting). We have our other companies based in the building itself and the building manager is present on a daily basis. The building is secured with a connection to a central security desk and access to the building is via a smart card (employee attendance can be printed upon agreement). Toilets are on each mezzanine (alternating ladies and gents) and there is a meeting room in the attic (see photo) for approximately 10 people which is available to tenants as part of the rent.
The Ethernet network is already installed in the rooms. The double office can be used for 3 - 5 people, or the smaller room can be used as a small meeting room (see photo). The windows face the courtyard and in hot summers the temperature in the office is max. around 25°C.
Quiet location with good accessibility (banks, post offices, shops, restaurants) within 1 km and only about 3 minutes from the entrance to the Blanka tunnel (direction Troja) and Strahov tunnel (direction Jižní spojka). Directly across the street are 2 restaurants suitable for daily lunches or business meetings with clients. Parking in front of the building in a combined (purple) zone with a parking meter directly in front of the entrance (for visitors 30 CZK / hour).
Price is incl. VAT (payers can deduct VAT) and includes monthly rent and utilities, internet connection, office cleaning 3 times a week including rubbish removal, mailbox, outdoor signage and a sign on the indoor orientation board.
