In the bathroom you can find floor heating and a corner bathtub. The apartment comes with a parking space in the garage, a spacious cellar (6m2) and a terrace (6m2). Public transport accessibility: a bus stop is behind the house, 5 minutes by bus to the nearest metro station or 10 minutes by foot. Within a 5 minute walking distance you can find a kindergarten, an elementary school, a supermarket, a post office, fitness, a pharmacy and a restaurant.
