Built in the traditional Black Forest style, the house enjoys an elevated position on a south-facing slope, surrounded by nature and overlooking Branden and Wiedener Eck. Residents of the Gipfhof have access to a large outdoor area and wonderful views of the countryside.

The apartment offers approximately 80 m² of living space and comprises two bedrooms that are easy to furnish, a bathroom with a shower, and a combined living/dining kitchen.

The farm has its own spring with excellent water quality. Heat is generated by solar panels and an on-site woodchip heating system, fuelled exclusively by wood offcuts and timber from the property’s own forest.

The municipality of Münstertal is situated on the edge of the Black Forest, approximately 20 km south of Freiburg. The Münstertal railway connects the municipality via Staufen and Bad Krozingen to the wider rail network. There is also a bus stop 2 km away.

Münstertal is a popular tourist destination thanks to its many beautiful hiking opportunities. In winter, it also provides easy access to the Black Forest’s ski areas, all within a short drive.

The property is in a secluded location on the outskirts of the village, offering peace, quiet, and plenty of nature. The village centre, with its shops and amenities, is approximately 5 km away.

Wi-Fi:

As our secluded location gives us the opportunity to minimise our exposure to electromagnetic radiation, we consider it important that Wi-Fi is not left switched on around the clock. It should be turned off at certain times of the day and at night, and the router should be set to low power. We also ask residents to refrain from using devices that emit wireless signals wherever possible; such devices should instead be connected via LAN cable.
