With windows facing three directions, the apartment is bright and offers views of both the park and the city.
The apartment comprises a 24.37 m² living room, an 11.79 m² kitchen with a window, three bedrooms measuring 15.82 m², 12.69 m² and 9.75 m² (two with built-in wardrobes), a 3.52 m² bathroom, a separate toilet, an entrance hall, a hallway and a storage room.
The apartment is in its original condition and ready for renovation. It is vacant, and the handover date can be agreed upon. We have prepared a proposed new layout featuring an open-plan kitchen and living room, a walk-in wardrobe and a larger bathroom, including visualisations and an estimated budget discussed with a construction company.
