The property is located in the center of a small village belonging to Immendingen. Despite its very quiet location, it is conveniently situated: Immendingen is less than ten minutes away; Tuttlingen, Villingen, Schwenningen, Donaueschingen, and Trossingen can be reached within twenty minutes, and Rottweil within twenty-five minutes. The highway is also less than ten minutes away. This means that Freiburg, Konstanz, Zurich, and Stuttgart are each only about an hour and a half away.
