The apartment is in a renovated period building (built in 1911) with correspondingly high ceilings. It is 105 m² in size and located on the second floor.

The shared apartment consists of four rooms, a kitchen with a pantry, a bathroom, and a separate toilet (the bathroom facilities have been newly renovated). There is also a wide hallway with a shared dining table.

The room can be rented furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk, or unfurnished.

We are all working professionals, so we do not really have parties at home. We enjoy watching films and having dinner together. Everything is optional—there are no obligations.

**Additional information**

The shared apartment is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, refrigerator, and freezer.

The licence fee (GEZ) and Wi-Fi are already included in the rent. There are no additional service charges.

The apartment is centrally located in Stuttgart-Ost. Ostendplatz is a one-minute walk away. Shops such as Rewe, dm, Aldi, etc. can also be reached on foot within a few minutes. The park at Klingenbach is about 100 metres away.

The U4 and U9 tram lines stop just a few metres away. It takes about eight minutes to reach the city centre (Charlottenplatz). Stuttgart-Ost has many small shops, cafés, and bars. There is also a swimming pool right next door.

The room is furnished with a table, wardrobe, chair, and bed.

The apartment also has a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a basement measuring approximately 24 m². By arrangement, the basement can be converted into a hobby room or something similar.

The room is currently still occupied; the photos merely show what the room looks like when empty.

The apartment was renovated in January 2020, is regularly maintained, and has only been rented out since then.

To ensure better communication within the shared apartment and with the landlord, we are only looking for applicants with a good command of German.
