Hello! We are renting out a bright, 20 sqm room in a shared flat located in beautiful Ludwigsburg. The apartment is very well maintained and offers a cozy atmosphere. There are still two rooms available. One of them is a double room that I share with a nice friend.

Since we are an all-women’s shared flat (only for women without children), a harmonious, clean, and quiet coexistence is very important to us. As the apartment is meant to remain a private retreat just for us women, we do not welcome male visitors (such as partners) in the shared areas. Please also note that pets are not allowed.

The apartment offers you:

Your room: Fully furnished – you can move in immediately.

Common areas: A fully equipped fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator, as well as a daylight bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Costs:

The all-inclusive rent is a flat rate of 500 euros (including all additional costs).

The apartment is ideally and centrally located in the popular Weststadt of Ludwigsburg (Keplerstraße 20):

Public transport: It takes only about 10 minutes on foot (approximately 800m) to reach Ludwigsburg train station. From there, you’re about 10 minutes away by train from Stuttgart's main station. A bus stop is practically right at the door.

Universities: The Film Academy is within about a 15-minute walk. You can quickly reach the PH and HVF by bike or public transport.

Shopping & Leisure: The Bleyle Quartier shopping center and the MHPArena are only a few minutes’ walk away. Supermarkets, bakeries, doctors, and the city center are conveniently within walking distance.
