The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a three-story building without an elevator. It will be available from November 1, 2026. The rental is directly from the owner, with no commission.
Apartment and amenities:
The kitchen is completely new and fully equipped with built-in appliances: an induction hob, a combined oven with microwave by Samsung, a Whirlpool dishwasher, a Beko refrigerator, and a Faber range hood. The bathroom features a new shower area. In the living area there is a fold-out sofa that is suitable for everyday sleeping, and in the hallway there are shelves providing storage space. A wardrobe, duvet, and additional shelves in the hallway (which will be covered by a blind) will be added before move-in, so the photos do not yet capture the final state. A washer-dryer combo is included. The entire apartment is electric and has an established fiber-optic internet connection.
The apartment features well-maintained oak flooring, outdoor manual screens, and internal blinds. It is oriented to the south and southwest.
Location:
A bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, and the D1 highway is easily accessible. It is a 10-minute walk to the center of Slatina and only a 5-minute drive to a shopping center with Kaufland, Lidl, DM, and other stores. Nearby, there is a football field, XArena, and tennis courts, and you can also walk to the Černovice terraces. Parking is available on public spots in front of the building.
Price:
Rent is 16,800 CZK per month + services 1,300 CZK + electricity approximately 1,000 CZK + fiber-optic internet approximately 500 CZK. A security deposit of 1.5 months' rent (25,200 CZK) is required.
