At long-term sublease, I offer an apartment located on the 3rd floor, just a one-minute walk from the metro station – ndr. Veleslavín.
The apartment is a 2+1 layout with a total area of 53 m². It is fully furnished.
There is a modern kitchen with high-quality built-in appliances: an electric induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, and a dishwasher. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine. The WC is in a separate room. The living room features a TV, a chest of drawers, and a table with a chair. In the hallway, there is a large wardrobe. The bedroom has a high-quality double bed made of solid wood and bedside tables.
I prefer one, at most two, tenants (of Czech or Slovak nationality) without pets and, if possible, non-smokers. Only polite, tidy, and punctual renters are accepted. A longer rental period is preferred. The rent is 20,000 CZK per month plus the cost of electricity and gas.
