From 12.10.2026, two rooms in an approximately 78 m² attic apartment located at Altstadtring in Braunschweig will be newly rented.

The apartment is especially suitable for students, international students, apprentices, dual students, and young professionals. Each room is rented separately with its own lease agreement.

The following rooms are available:

• Room 2: approx. 16 m² – 340 € cold rent + 106 € advance on utilities + 14 € internet flat rate = 460 € total rent

• Room 4: approx. 21 m² – 380 € cold rent + 106 € advance on utilities + 14 € internet flat rate = 500 € total rent

The monthly advance on utilities includes the agreed operating, heating, and apartment-related household electricity costs. These will be settled annually. The fixed internet flat rate is not part of the utility bill.

Two unfurnished rooms, measuring about 16 m² and 21 m², are available in an approximately 78 m² attic apartment at Altstadtring in Braunschweig.

The apartment is managed as a 4-person shared flat. The approximately 20 m² room has already been assigned to a friendly student; for the two currently available rooms, reliable and considerate roommates are sought.

Another room may be assigned at a later date.

Each room is rented with its own unlimited lease agreement. The shared flat is particularly suitable for students, international students, apprentices, dual students, and young professionals.

The apartment is located at Altstadtring 25 in the western ring district of Braunschweig. The location combines short distances to the city center with good accessibility to the Technical University, which makes it particularly well suited for students and young professionals.

The city center and the various sites of TU Braunschweig can be easily and quickly reached by bicycle. Even without your own car, everyday life is uncomplicated: public transport as well as daily shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

The western ring district is a lively, inner-city-near quarter with supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, and other everyday amenities. Braunschweig is very well accessible by bicycle from here.
