On Saturday, October 24 from 12:00 to 14:00 and on Sunday, October 25, 2026 from 10:00 to 12:00, an open house will be held.

It would be very much appreciated if you could let us know in advance on which date you would like to visit, so that we don’t strain the nerves of the current tenant(s) too much. ;-)

Our apartment is located on a quiet residential street in a townhouse with only 4 residential units in total.

Shielded from the street, you can reach it after only a few steps. Due to its location on the Bel floor, you will have sufficient peace during the day to work from home (suitable for both part- and full-time professional use).

Uhlenhorst is one of Hamburg’s top locations. Situated east of the Alster, the neighborhood is characterized by spacious townhouses and apartment buildings from the Gründerzeit. Tree-lined roads underline the well-to-do character. The immediate proximity of the Alster, the nearby Hofweg, Papenhuder Straße, and Mühlenkamp—with its diverse range of high-quality boutiques and gastronomic offers—make this location so coveted.

Additionally, the Aspria, just a 5-minute walk away, offers opportunities to maintain business contacts or work up a sweat. Likewise, culture at the Literaturhauscafé or the Ernst-Deutsch-Theater—everything is within walking distance—can be easily enjoyed.
