The apartment impresses with its unique character, as can only be found in buildings from this period – high ceilings, solid construction, and a living ambiance far removed from impersonal new builds.

The apartment is completely furnished and ready to move in: everything from the bed to the kitchen equipment, storage, and lighting is provided, allowing for an uncomplicated move without having to bring your own household items.

As expected from a building built in 1910, the apartment exhibits typical old building features: the thermal insulation does not meet modern new-build standards, and especially during the winter months, regular shock ventilation is recommended to prevent moisture. Heating is provided by electricity (storage heaters). We place importance on transparent communication about these characteristics so that you can form a realistic impression.

Electricity and water meters must be registered directly by the tenant.

Due to the apartment's size, the rental is exclusively available to a single person. We ask for understanding that pets are not permitted and that the rental is only available to non-smokers.

Personal liability insurance is required on the part of the tenant, and the minimum rental period is one year. The following documents are necessary for a rental contract: proof of income, a Schufa report, and a self-disclosure.
