The property for sale is located in the Plech district belonging to the VG Betzenstein in a quiet, exclusive location on the outskirts of the village. Plech is idyllically situated in the Franconian Switzerland Nature Park – Veldensteiner Forst and is a historic settlement. The village, together with 23 other parts of the municipality, belongs to the town of Betzenstein. It is approximately four kilometers from Betzenstein.
