It is ideal for lecturers or students who want to work in peace. There isn’t another resident on this top floor.

The apartment is also suitable for commuters who wish to go home on weekends, as the main train station can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

Our residential building is located in Elberfeld in a quiet area near the city, slightly to the north above the Elberfeld Town Hall.

With its decorated facades and inner courtyards from the founding period, it is highly popular with artists and students.

It takes about 7 minutes on foot to the city center and about 20 minutes to the train station.

If you wish to go to the university, a bus stops about 7 minutes away near the cafeteria stop on Max-Horkheimer Strasse.

The Bayer AG pharmaceutical research center is also reachable in 20 minutes by bus line 613 without a transfer.

The Bayer plant on Friedrich-Ebert Strasse is optimally accessible via the Wuppertal suspension railway.

The hospitals – Cellitinnen St. Josef on Bergstraße as well as Agaplesion Bethesda on Hainstraße – are within a few minutes’ walk.

The Helios Clinic Barmen is also easily reached by car or bicycle.

Especially in good weather, it is worthwhile to head to the Nordbahntrasse.

Situated just a few minutes away on foot, it is particularly well suited for jogging, inline skating, or biking, as there is an over 23 km long, nearly flat foot and cycle path – which is more an exception than the rule in Wuppertal.

Kitchen:

A folding table with space-saving chairs, a fitted kitchen equipped with a new 45-place dishwasher, an oven and ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.

Dishes, glasses, cutlery, and all the necessary kitchen accessories are provided in sufficient quantity.

There is also an entrance hall with a wardrobe.

The rent for the cozy top-floor apartment is €660 per month, including additional costs/operating expenses and WLAN.

Your costs for heating, water, and electricity are not included in the rent.

These costs must be paid monthly in advance by the tenant directly to the energy supplier and are calculated based on the actual consumption recorded by meters.

A security deposit of €1600 must be provided after signing the contract.

A mandatory final cleaning fee, starting at €85 and calculated at an hourly rate of €25 based on time and effort, applies.
