The apartment is located in the trendy and upscale district of Hamburg-Harvestehude. You can reach the subway lines U3 and U1, as well as the Metrobus M5 (Europe’s most frequented bus line), on foot within 5 minutes. The travel time to the city center is under 10 minutes (main station or HafenCity in just under 15 minutes). Most Hamburg districts can be reached in less than 30 minutes. The airport is about 20 minutes away by car, taxi, or Moia.

Right outside the door, on Tuesdays and Fridays, Hamburg’s most beautiful (and longest) weekly market – the Isemarkt – takes place. But don’t worry, the apartment is located exclusively in the rear section of the building facing the garden (so you won’t hear anything from the market or the subway). The chic shopping streets Eppendorfer Baum and Eppendorfer Landstraße, as well as the trendy Eppendorfer Weg, are just a 3-minute walk away. Rightfully, this area is also referred to as Hamburg’s Notting Hill. You can also reach Hoheluftchaussee (with various supermarkets, organic stores, and drugstores, etc.) on foot in under 10 minutes. Restaurants and cafes are found on every corner.

The Außenalster, with its parks, cafes, and boat rentals, is reachable on foot in under 20 minutes (3 minutes by car). In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are various parks, fitness clubs, and sports associations.

Upon termination of the rental agreement, a final cleaning by the landlord is mandatory, for which a fee of €300 will be charged.
