The apartment's heating and water heating are central, paid for by advance payments.
Water and other fees are paid in advance.
Electricity consumption - the contract for the consumption point is transferred to the tenant.
There is a landline in the house, there are data distribution in the apartment, it is possible to install an antenna on the facade.
When signing, we require 1x rent (paid in advance) + 2x refundable deposit in the amount of the rent.
We prefer tenants without animals, who respect other people's or common property, with a positive attitude towards cleaning supplies and are willing to follow contractual documents.
We offer a long-term rental relationship in a maintained and managed property with problem-free neighbors in the wider center.
The reconstruction of the facade and windows is planned for 2027.
